Refund policy

Custom 3D Miniatures & Mementos

  • No General Refunds: Because our custom miniatures are made-to-order and personalized to your specific photos, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the final product has been delivered.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives with visible physical damage, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

  • Likeness Expectations: We strive for high precision, but due to the small scale of the miniatures and the nature of the hand-painted process, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact likeness to your reference photos. These pieces are stylized, handcrafted physical memories rather than perfect photographic clones.

  • 3D Preview Approval: We send a digital 3D preview via WhatsApp for your approval before printing. Once you approve this digital sculpt, no further structural changes can be made, and refunds will not be issued based on the final physical sculpt.

  • Order Cancellations: Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order (before 3D modeling begins). Once our artisans begin working on your digital sculpt, the order cannot be canceled.

Non-Customized Products (e.g., Standard Keytags, Pet Tags)

  • 3-Day Return Window: Standard, non-customized items can be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • How to Apply: To initiate a return, please message us directly on WhatsApp with your order number. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-defective items.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided account within 3 to 5 business days. Store credit options are also available upon request.
