1. Overview Welcome to Minime (minime.lk). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. Minime is a sub-brand operated under the registered entity Lovino Studio in Sri Lanka. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Custom Orders and The Process

  • Reference Materials: You must provide clear, high-quality photographs for us to reference. We are not responsible for missing details if they were not visible in the photos provided or explicitly mentioned during the order process.

  • The Approval Stage: We provide a digital 3D preview via WhatsApp for custom miniatures. You are responsible for reviewing this preview carefully. Once you give your approval, the design is locked, and no further structural changes can be made.

  • Artistic License: Our products are stylized, handcrafted pieces of art. While we strive for high fidelity, variations in color, texture, and exact likeness are a natural part of the 3D printing and hand-painting process.

3. User Content and Privacy

  • Right to Use: By submitting photos to us, you confirm that you have the right and permission to use those images and the likeness of the individuals in them.

  • Privacy Guarantee: We respect your privacy. All personal reference photos are permanently deleted from our systems immediately upon delivery of your order.

  • Marketing Consent: We will never post photos or videos of your completed custom miniature on our social media, website, or marketing materials without your explicit, written permission.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at checkout to begin the 3D modeling and production process, as every custom item requires immediate dedicated labor and materials.

5. Product Care and Limitations

  • Intended Use: Our miniatures, dioramas, and statues are designed strictly as indoor display keepsakes. They are not toys and should be kept away from small children and pets.

  • Material Sensitivity: Products are manufactured using PLA (Polylactic Acid) and hand-painted. They must be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat to prevent warping or color fading. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care or environmental exposure after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Designs: All designs, graphics, branding, and digital 3D sculpts created by our team remain the intellectual property of Lovino Studio. Purchasing a physical miniature does not grant you the rights to the digital 3D source files.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
