Production Time vs. Shipping Time

• Production First: Because our miniatures are custom-made, your order must go through a production phase (3D modeling, printing, and hand-painting) before it ships.

• Transit is Additional: The stated production time (e.g., 7, 9, or 14 days) does not include shipping transit time. Shipping timelines begin only after the custom production is complete and the paint is fully cured.

Islandwide Delivery (Sri Lanka)

• Standard Courier: We offer secure, islandwide delivery through premium local courier partners. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days once dispatched.

• Express Delivery (Colombo Only): For addresses within Colombo, we offer expedited delivery via Uber or PickMe Flash the moment your order is packed and ready.

International Shipping

• Worldwide Delivery: We ship globally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact location and the weight of your order.

• Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. The customer is responsible for paying any of these additional local charges.

Packaging & Handling

• Fragile Goods: Every 3D custom miniature is a fragile, handcrafted piece of art. We pack every order using specialized, impact-resistant materials to ensure it is highly protected during transit.

• Damaged in Transit: While we pack securely, shipping accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and the outer box, and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it immediately.

Order Tracking

• Once your physical memory is completed and handed over to the courier, we will notify you directly via WhatsApp or email with your tracking details or live delivery link.
